Fondue Set Up

A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE CHEESE

Cheese Fondue

STORE

Keep cheese in the fridge until you are ready to start heating.

STOVE

Place the fondue set on the 
stove at low-med heat, Add 
liquid content in fondue pot

ADD IN INCREMENTS

When liquid starts to simmer add the cheese in 1/2 cup increments and mix gently. Add more once last round is mixed.

STIR / HEAT

Scrape corners with spatula to make sure 
nothing is sticking and its 
mixed properly. 
Light simmer is OK, NO boiling .


Heat Items from box B at 400* 
for 6 mins

FONDUE HEAT

Light the burner on fondue set 
and have values slight open for a very gently heat. 
Adjust as needed, it should be 
a gentle heat. 

Lower the heat as 
you go through the cheese.

SET UP

Once you have the fondue set on 
the table and fire is lit, place the 
fondue pot in position using mitts.  Be careful with HEAT, Keep it stable. Place all dippers on your platters.

Add more reserve liquid to thin the mixture as needed.

A STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE Chocolate

Cheese Fondue

TEMPER

Place chocolate mixture on 
counter to temper an hour prior 
to heating.

STOVE

Place the fondue set on the 
stove at low-med heat, Add 
chocolate mixture in fondue pot.

STIRRING

Scrape corners to make sure 
nothing is sticking and its 
mixed properly. 
Light simmer is ok, NO boiling.

HEAT

Light the burner on fondue set 
and have valves slight open for a very gently heat. 
Adjust as needed, it should be 
a gentle heat. Lower the heat or turn it off as 
you go through the chocolate. Dippers will crumble if chocolate is too hot.
